To be valid, this Form of Proxy must be completed and returned in accordance with the instructions printed hereon so as to be received by Hazel Herbert, on behalf of LRF, as soon as possible, and in any event not later than 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the meeting, being not later than 11:30 am Friday 22th May.
