Grants and Funding

Sport England –  Small Grants

Small Grants uses Lottery funding to make awards of between £300 and £10,000 to not-for-profit organisations to help more young people (aged 14+) and adults take part and keep a sporting habit for life.

The Jack Petchey Foundation awards grants for:

  • the Individual Achievements of young fencers aged 11-25; £200 a time or more goes to the club up to £3600 a year, and a certificate, etc., to the young person.
  • Small grants for projects worth £500/year
  • Recognition of club leaders by members giving an additional small grant award
  • Volunteering Fund for new projects

There is also a funding and grants page on the British Fencing website
